There is an old saying that "Colours and tastes should not be disputed"....and for good reasons. I like both the old and the new. Admittedly, I was surprised to discover the new and thought my broswer led me to where no one has gone before...
The new outlook, in the long run, might be more friendly to my eyes: less contrast and lighter.

I thought the other one had a kind of tropical feel to it. Since moving to Maryland, I seem to have forgotten what the tropical feels like . . .
Yes, "de gustibus non disputatem" or whatever the correct spelling is, but personally, I think this is to white . . . kinda bright . . . but maybe it's just me.
