Dick McBrien has Spoken!

Well, Fr. Richard McBrien likes Pope Benedict!  They'll need jackets in hell this winter!

What I can't seem to get past, however, is the utter arrogance in front of his statement.  Why does anyone give two cents what McBrien thinks of the pope?  As if somehow I need McBrien to pass a judgement before I can myself?  This man has an ego the size of Connecticut, where many of us wish he would promptly return and stop sullying the name of Our Lady's University.
