I am at my busiest. At least, I cannot remember a time, in the last 5 years, where I have been as busy as I have been in these last two weeks. In part it is due to the lack of time I have because of travel, in part it is due to beginning a new school year and all of the time consuming work that comes with that. Still, as has been the case and probably will always be the case, the busier I am the more I become interested in things. All things: Politics, school, my students, books, art, music, everything.
Taking that as my starting point I have begun putting together several blog posts in my mind, and with some luck I will have one completed and typed and presented by the end of the week. I can only type in in 10 minute bursts, however, so the posts will be sporadic at best. However, judging from the fact that I haven't posted since early in '08, I'm pretty sure no one is even reading this anymore. Still, I would enjoy getting these thoughts on paper. So, if it is possible to "look forward" to anything I post on my blog, now is the time to do so.
