I'm pretty sure that's the mantra for the Liturgical crack pots who thought this baby up! Just follow this link to see what the Canadian Dominicans are up to . . . Apparently it was a Vespers "performance" that was done at the General Chapter of the Domincan Order. I wonder if the African Dominicans and the Latin American Dominicans were gagging at this scene?
Seriously, everyone in the crowd must have been a liberal wackadoo, because I don't think any normal healthy orthodox young man could possibly have watched this spectacle without busting up laughing . . .
*Update* Apparently "Twinkle-toes" in the photo is not a Canadian Dominican. He is from Mexico and works in the United States. I wonder if he is even a Dominican since his photo appears in other scenes and he is dressed in plain-clothes whereas all the other Domincan's are attired in their habits. Of course a Dominican out of habit isn't all that surprising either . . .
reminds me of the "Happy Hands Club." :)

I'd just like to point out that this particular Dominican is not a Canadian, but a Mexican who works in the United States. These photos, from the big Dominican meet-up in Rhode Island, just happen to be hosted on the Canadian Dominican's website.
Not that this sort of thing is unheard of Canada, unfortunately!

Duly noted Robert. And I should have been more clear in my post. However, I guess I just thought it must have been particularly attractive to the Canadian OP's because after perusing other Dominican sites with pictures of the Generalate in Rhode Island, I did not find the Vesper's ceremony represented . . .
But certainly I don't want to defame Canada unnecessarily . . . so I will make a note . . .
