Christ comes to us! He desires us so decidedly that he calls us each, individually, to a special and particular relationship with Him. He comes when we wait, and he comes when we don't wait. But the important thing is that he comes to our lives! We don't stop living in order to hear him, to know if he's calling. He comes as we live our relationship with him out. In fact, the vocation is a secondary call . . . the primary call, the primary vocation is to a relationship with Christ. Married, single, religious, priest . . . these are the expressions that give flesh to the particular way that Christ desires us in a relationship with him.
My friend Nate has felt the call! I am so happy, and so excited for him! I'm sure that Christ has much much more in store for him, but I am elated at the certainty he feels inside himself of what Christ is calling him to! This is a special time, buddy, allow yourself to fall deeply in love with Him. These days, the freshness and the fullness of life you will live as you move forward in your daily Christian life will be like honey to you forever.
Praise to the eternal Father forever!

Hey Steve!
Thanks man, I really appreciate that! You've been a wonderful support to me through this whole discernment process. I don't know if you remember the evening we were talking during the ARS conference, but what you said there helped me out a lot!
God Bless!!!!!!!!!!
