I'm not on sabbatical. I'm not destroyed by my workload. I'm not hiding from the Feds. I'm just damn lazy. I haven't updated in a while, but here's taking a stab against the "nothingness" that my blog is slowly descending towards.
These last couple of weeks have really been a time of great joy. I took a trip to South Bend, met Don Massimo Camisasca, and have spent many beautiful days with my friends and my kids. All in all, it's been good.
I will have a few posts this week to break my silence. One will certainly be on the trip to South Bend with the Italian guys, maybe titled Hot Tubs and Ladies (it's not what you think). Another will be on the new friendship with Daniel, who is a friend of Joshua (sounds mysterious and Old Testament-y, no?). Finally one will definitely be on Don Massimo, who was here in DC visiting the Missionaries of St. Charles that have a house here in DC. The last will probably be a two part post, since I want to give special attention to his new book "Together on the Road."
I hope you haven't all given up on me!
of course not.
Welcome back!
